Videographer

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Location: Home based, with ad-hoc requirement to work from the Bolton office
Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

As videographer and content designer you will be responsible for designing the content that students access and for producing the resources needed for promotional activities. We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and willing to support us as our company grows.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and source video content for Aspire student portal
• Maintain social media channels and produce content as required
• Support digital marketing campaigns
• Create captions for video content
• Design thumbnails, icons, infographics and student/assessor guides
• Create and script promotional content for various versions of Aspire
• Liaising with students, tutors and assessors for interviews for promotional and portal content

Requirements:

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities:

• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Da Vinci Resolve
• Ability to use Blackmagic Ursa Mini cameras, Sennheiser lavalier microphones, Rode NTG microphone, LEDGO Lights
• Willing to learn new skills to support the role
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Degree level qualified

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, In Design and Animate
• Knowledge of software, including Handbreak video compressor and Cyberduck server management and cloud storage
• Experience with screen recordings
• Experience with green screen editing
• Experience in digital marketing/marketing
